It is also portable and rugged enough for outdoor life such as camping and tail-gate use. Radiant heating technology to heat people and objects - it works the same way as the sun to make you feel nice and warm, even if you are in a large open area. Operates on 1lb disposable propane bottles (not included - available everywhere) - which are the only size propane tank certified safe for indoor use. Has a built-in easy grip handle and comes with an 8" stand that makes it sturdy and stable yet minimizes floor/table space. Safer than other heaters of this size as it comes with a tip-over switch for those little accidents and also has a built-in ODS (low oxygen sensor).

The flame design is different on this heater, that design allows the basecamp heater to put out more heat than the golf cart heater, but the basecamp is likely to keep getting blown out as you drive along. |
