Entry level space heater made by DeLonghi sold by us here at the heatershop. This is the DCH1030, it is quieter, hotter and more stylish than its predecessor the DFH132.
Great entry level space heater. Surprisingly quiet for the amount of heated air distributed by the high speed fan.
Regulate the output of warm air. Choose the HI setting for 1500 watts or the LO setting for 825 watts. Alternatively, the fan can be operated without heat for summer use or general ventilation.
Built-in anti-freeze setting so you never get bitter cold again. Just twist the thermostat around to anti-freeze setting and this little space heater will turn on automatically when the temperature gets down to 44 degrees.
Runs much more quietly than its predecessor (the DFH132). The 132 was DeLonghi's best selling space heater but it was approximately twice as loud as this great model.
For the money this heater is great. Our tests showed that this was the best space heater in its price bracket for both looks and operation but if you need the flexibility of a quieter fan, hotter air stream, timer or oscillation you need to look at the next model up the DCH4590ER space heater.
No need to worry about overheating. If the unit gets too warm, for example if it accidentally gets covered by a curtain or blanket. The PTC ceramic thermal cutoff automatically shuts the unit off for complete peace of mind.
Part of the DeLonghi SafeHeat range. The ceramic element gets very hot, but the grill at the front keeps fingers, tails and beaks well away from any danger or discomfort.
